I drove the new car for the second time, and I was so nervous the whole journey. It's annoying, because there was like a cold knot in my chest for the entire time, which there didn't need to be. Regardless, I went out late because I'm still getting used to the clutch, and there are junctions and roundabouts around here where you need to move out with speed when you get the chance, because there aren't many chances during normal traffic. And while I was slow away from some traffic lights, I was fine and I'm getting the hang of it.
Tesco is wonderfully empty around 9.30pm. This was just as well as the new car is a lot bigger than Red and more than fills a parking bay.

Well done driving your new car. The more you drive it, the more familiar you'll become with it and the easier it will be.
ReplyDeleteThank you - I'm getting there and I really appreciate the support on the way.
DeleteThat yarn doesn't look too enticing to me either...
ReplyDeleteI have finally found a yarn that even I won't impulse buy.
DeleteI must admit, I get a bit nervous when I have to drive something different. Hopefully, it will get easier each time you drive it.
ReplyDeleteI just need to keep trying. Thank you for the hug.
